This is entirely the fault of Sam Starbuck (copperbadge on LiveJournal and samvimes on FanFiction.Net). He did the Sybil Ramkin version of this song, I had the song in my head because of him, so I blame him for the resulting parody. My first idea was a Mahou Tsukai Tai song, but that wouldn't have been nearly as much fun as this was.
